Departing from Farra d'Isonzo, this guided bicycle tour offers a small but comprehensive journey to some well-known and lesser-known sites in the prestigious Collio and Isonzo DOC wine-growing areas.
In twenty kilometers of flat route, on paved and only partly unpaved secondary roads, you will discover true places of enchantment, such as the romantic Castello di Spessa, nestled in a multitude of vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see over the surrounding plains and hills.
Once through Bosco di Sotto, the ride will then stop at the ancient Venetian fortified city of Gradisca, dove avrà luogo una visita guidata ai principali punti d’interesse del borgo fortificato, condotta da una guida regionale Federagit.
It will then continue on to Farra d'Isonzo, with an intermediate stop to visit the production facilities of a local brewery.
